The Brief

This commission was to enhance an existing planning consent for a commercial office building with underground parking. We were asked to look at extracting more value from the proposal.

The Results

By redesigning the use of redundant roof volume we were able to add a further 3,500 sq ft of space. We improved overall space efficiency and added much needed parking space using a modular hydraulic stacker system.
