Quality Policy Statement

Grafik Architecture gained ISO9001:2015 accreditation in November 2019.  The quality management system applies to all activities of Grafik Architecture.  In addition to our ISO accreditation we use guidance prepared by the RIBA (The RIBA Quality Management Toolkit).

Grafik Architecture’s aims are to develop sustainable, functional, dynamic and commercially viable projects that focus on innovation, creative thinking and problem solving to generate extraordinary value for everyone.

It is our principle that adopting systems such as those herein will help us to deliver our aims and objectives of making a positive contribution to exceptional design and construction of the build environment to connect, integrate and restore communities.

We also believe that the systems will assist us in collaborations and other working relationships with other professionals, contractors and suppliers.

All staff are involved in the achievement of this policy and upkeep of our systems.  The policy is reviewed regularly and updated in accordance with external influences i.e. quality standards, legislation, industry standards and custom/practice.

Grafik Architecture is fully committed to ensuring that every member of staff has the skills, development opportunities and understanding to support the achievement of the Company’s aims and objectives and to undertake their assigned activities and responsibilities effectively.

All new staff are instructed in the requirements and use of the systems as part of their introduction to the wider objectives of Grafik Architecture.
