Brownfield sites are of particular interest to clients and we are particularly well placed to advise and assist on site acquisition and gaining planning permission. We believe regeneration will become an increasingly important part of our work in both the urban and rural environments. Mixed use schemes are becoming increasingly common and are an important element in developing sustainable communities. Our commitment to driving forward sustainable development encompasses our relationships with clients and suppliers, our staff development and the way we specify.

We work closely with all the major agencies involved in sustainable construction and/or housing, including English Partnerships, CABE, SEEDA, Development Corporations and most Local Authorities in London and the South East.
