Our team represents a huge skills base across all areas of architecture, design and build and planning.

Our services include:

• Feasibility studies – at this stage we assess what is required on site in terms of architecture, engineering and construction, the impact on local infrastructure and the overall financial benefits of the project.
• Master planning – our plans are always focussed on maximising the site’s potential over the long term, often within a phased development plan, taking into account social and environmental impacts.
• Full planning services – we get our clients the best possible result at outline planning and full planning permission stages. We often make public presentations on behalf of clients and represent our clients at planning meetings.
• Working drawings package – we deliver accurate drawings and associated data upfront to enable pricing and tendering, allowing savings on costs and time in the long run. This makes obtaining the necessary approvals that much easier.
• Construction and technical optimisation – we take existing concepts or plans, including aged consents, and revisit site layouts, site utilisation, use of materials and construction methodologies to reveal opportunities to increase the financial benefit of the scheme.
• Landscaping – we provide hard and soft landscaping planning and design, including species specifications and planting schedules.

Our skills include conceptual design, assisting clients through the planning process, sustainable design, value engineering, hi-density housing, mixed use developments and working with brownfield sites.

On some projects the client will retain us for all our services and skills and we take on the Lead Consultant role. On other projects we have a more specialist role. On all projects we liaise with the other consultants in the team and we advise on on-site works, ensuring that the right information gets to the right people at the right time.
