Grafik Architecture have received reserved matters planning permission for the second phase for Park Farm, Wymondham providing 90 new dwellings for Bovis Homes.
The design of the second phase of Park Farm Wymondham development maintains the vision of the original master plan in creating high quality residential properties, whilst complying with its character area within the Design Code.
A mixture of two to five bed houses are proposed with some 2 bed bungalows. The majority of the dwellings are detached but semi-detached buildings are proposed to provide interest and variety to the street scene and vistas.
Phase two is split between two character areas, Lakeside and Linked Village Greens. The characteristics of Lakeside are a clean and simple architectural palette with larger contemporary properties fronting the lake. The character area of Linked Village Green with its traditional form and modern elements is designed to transition the character areas of Lakeside and Peacacre (Phase 1).
