Sector:
Location: Harlow
Client: Countryside Properties
Completion Date: Phase One in Construction

The BAC estate, comprising parts of The Briars, Aylets Field and Copshall Close estates, has been identified by Harlow Council as part of the Priorities Estate Programme, to enable the regeneration of the area.

The Priority Estates Programme was established in 2007 by Harlow Council. It was initially a response to concerns about the condition of the housing stock in certain areas across the town

The project is a joint venture between Countryside and Home Group, who will develop both the private and affordable homes on land currently owned and managed by Harlow Council.

The masterplan covers a wide range of tenures and dwelling sizes, that offer diversity of choice within distinctive character areas.

This scheme comprises 343 homes and a community facility arranged around a series of new open spaces. The attractive townscape within tree lined streets and high quality homes will provide an attractive outlook and at the same time ensure the new development connects seamlessly with the surrounding community.

Grafik have been commissioned to provide working drawing tender pack for construction.
